AS-BUILT Site Plans

An As-Built survey or existing conditions plan is a survey accurate floor plan that provides a clear picture of the layout of the building. An As-Built survey is a record of the location of the improvements “as they are built” during construction. An As-Built survey is designed to show any potential improvements on the property at a given point to start working on the design in time. As-Built surveys indicate information such as, but not limited to actual dimensions, elevations, and locations of structures, underground utilities, roads, ditches, etc. As-Built surveys provide an accurate measurement of a building inside and outside to create an accurate drawing showing the exact dimensions and layout of the building. We make site plans to provide sidewalks, flower bed curbs, building lines, open patios, fences line, walkways, sheds, decks, any object that is attached to the floor plan, and more. We deliver high-quality As-Built plans, including.

Points cloud, AutoCAD, REVIT, still pictures, and 360-degree photography.
